Edit - v. slight down-side - Have just located little voucher card for free U2 download and it expires...................25/09/2007 - yesterday!

I've just looked into it and apparently you get a $50 voucher towards a $149 box set of u2 songs in america, don't know if you get the equivelent in the uk or not.

But I'd rather spend a bit more and get an 80GB new style ipod classic - they're £135 at tax free dixons at airports apparently.

Not true

According the the little card in with my iPod that just arrived today, you put the voucher code in iTunes to redeem for a "Free exclusive music video from U2". But as I stated above, the voucher expired yesterday.

I got this email aswell, however I continued to check and it came back in stock, so I say its still worth checking!

Anyone who bought this U2 special edition iPod and received it after the expiry date of the free U2 video download might be interested to know that I have just managed to successfully redeem my code a week after the expiry date - so it is worth a go.
