Policy Expert for now.
Used Gocompare who gave me Legal & General as best price with Quidco. Unfortunately L&G online systems are not working properly. I phoned L&G customer services who confirmed the probs. They have promised me that they will get back to me within 48hrs.
Policy Expert have given me a very good deal to renew my policy with them.
I will see what L&G offer me and will try to use the probs with their site today to see what deal that I can get. If they beat Policy Expert, I will cancel my policy with them penalty free and go to L&G.

Surely there will be a cancellation fee for cancelling? Even if the policy hasn't started yet.0

No Policy Expert confirmed that I will have a 14-day cooling off period, where all money will be returned if I decide to cancel.0 -
I'm sure you still have to pay for the days of policy used even if you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period though.0

A few Broker policies do a full refund if cancelled within the cooling off.0
