Land registry issues

Hoping someone may be able to explain or may even have some experience with what I am going through.
Waiting to exchange on a house but currently hit some issues with the freehold.
As far as I can understand from what the solicitors have told me is that it has 2 errors on the registry where it has not been registered correctly for freehold a while ago and then registered again in 2011.
Solicitors think this is just an error on the land registry side of things and are going back to the sellers solicitors for them to contact the land registry for them to investigate.
Anyone had anything remotely similar

PedroSwfc - impossible to offer any guidance here without some additional details around what the 2 errors are - do you have any other details that might help readers offer some guidance/suggestions perhaps?“Official Company Representative
