Waitrose Shame on them !

Do not know if this is the correct place to vent this but I just tried to place my first and last order at waitrose.
First whilst filling my basket it asks mme to put in my postcode and says I can pick up from John Lewis Norwich Woo Hoo !
So I happily continue shopping my Napolina marinara sauce is on offer 25% off and its the only place I can get it now.
I finish and try to check out I can no longer pick up from John lewis and only from the eaton store 3 busses to get there !
I phone the Norwich store not answer.
Phone the main waitrose the man can not get the items to be picked up from John Lewis either but gives me a code CSBR2H10 for £10 off my shopping I think well it will make up for the difficulty even if that is all I get to do for awhile.
I am in the middle of placing my order booked my delivery slot etc and they change the price so my Napolina sauce is not longer on offer but FULL PRICE !!!!!!
I think well ive still got £10 off so that will make up for it.
THE £10 OFF DOES NOT WORK !!!!!!
So I turn to private viewing and sure enough the Napolina marianra sauce is still on offer at 25% off for EVERYONE ELSE BUT ME !!!!!!!!!

All I can say is THE QUEEN REALLY SHOPS HERE !? THis is by far the worst shopping experiance I have had in along time shame on the Queen for endorcing this kind of company and waitrose can be rest assured I will not becoming a customer any time soon even if I do win the £500 voucher !
Just in case waitrose reads this you do not have a any coments to add section on your customer feedback shame on you wonder why ?:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

There is a Praise, Vent and Warnings board so maybe better on their.

I personally think that Waitrose and Ocado are the very best for online grocery shopping although I never pick up in store, I get home delivery.

Fantastic customer service and great delivery guys.

Your sauce is only on 25% off until today so even if you did have it delivered to store for pick up, it would be back to the original price when you collected it unless you were planning on collecting today as you are charged the price on the day of delivery/collection.

    25% Off
Available for delivery or collection until 03/01/2017

I personally would make my own pasta stir through sauce though. less nasties and only fresh ingredients. Each to their own though.

Just placed my first order with Waitrose as I need a bottle of Camel Valley wine and only Waitrose stock it in my area. I did find almost everything was more expensive than my usual Tesco/Sainsbury's delivery so doubt if I'll be ordering again, at least not until my Son in Laws next Birthday :)

I can just see the Queen pushing her trolley around her local Waitrose, with Phillip tossing in the odd bottle of whiskey, and little George in the child seat.

I wonder if theres restrictions for the code the OP was given eg only for use for home delivery or spend x amount, just a thought.
