Penaly charge notice Hillingdon Council

Received a Penaly charge Notice from Hillingdon council on the 25/11/2016 for driving through a road restricted to certain vehicles with correct time and date of the alleged offence on the first page.Page two had a completely different number plate that didn't belong to me and a different date of 25/11/2016 .I already wrote to the council but did not mention the number plate that didn't belong to me .I tried to explain why I drove down the restricted road but of course they rejected it.I am now going to go to the adjudicator.Will he throw it out because of the second mystery number plate ? Any help would be appreciated Thanks.
