Do check the top of the page after entry - even though it kept saying the captcha was wrong there was a 'form entered successfully' message at the top on mine0

Had same problem but tried putting the numbers in with the cap lock on and it went through- sixth attempt, so no idea if it made any difference.0

But that message was at the top of the page when I clicked through to it AND when I did a seperate Google search for them...

Make sure the first line of your address has no commas.. Mine tried to add a second line due to auto fill once I edited that it worked fine.0
