Notice to keeper but no tickets

Combatant
Hi,
I got 2 letters today from "PCN Admin Centre" acting for their client " Indigo park services LTD" as a "notice to keeper/hirer" that 2 "Parking charge notices" in Novemeber have not paid.
I must be going mad because I never saw any notice on my car.
They are telling me that now I have to pay full amount of £94 per notice although the car was parked in the exact same place during this 2 days.
As said above, this is the first time I have heard of this and am not even sure if the permits were displayed correctly on that date as it was middle of Nov.
Surely, they should have sent me a letter before passing this to a debt collector? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

what type of land was this , was it a railway car park or simular
did the signage state"£x per hour etc £x "fine" per DAY or 24 HR?
lots more info needed please
PCN Admin Centre is a sister company to a well known debt collector , expect junk mail from them soon
the tickets today fall in line (time) if tickets were placed on the vehicle , NOT if you were cought by ANPR, PCN Admin Centre coulld be doing the "back office " work for indigo , however I suspect that they have added extra fees onto the price stated on the signage
lot more info pleaseSave a Rachael

They haven't passed it to a debt collector. Maybe a prankster removed the PCNs, who knows, but it doesn't matter, still winnable at appeal.
This is the NTK - of sorts - and you simply appeal as keeper, as per the NEWBIES thread (blue writing template).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
