I see they are attracting new customers with a higher rate on the Classic plus current account and leaving the loyal customers with the old rate AGAIN! :mad: I know it's only for a year, but I am getting only 4.25% gross and new customers are getting 6.4%. Had a fight with them a few years ago ( and won) when they had a higher rate for "new customers only". I think they should give the loyal customers the new rate too, even if only for the year.

It is annoying, saw the TV ads recently.
Perhaps go and talk to the branch, politely indicate you are a loyal customer, if they extend the offer to you, you'll be happy for you and your family to carry on banking with them, if not, you'll take your money elsewhere
