Trying to claim refund

Back at the beginning of December I placed an order online. I received this but one item had been sent incorrectly. The company confirmed their error and would refund this amount but due to their processes they needed to take another payment to resend the correct item. Ok this done. 2 weeks later still no credit card refund (althought both payments taken). Spoke to them. They said in progress and wanted my bank details. Refused to provide these over the phone and I did not pay by this method and should be refunded to my credit card. Was told sales manager would call me back... 3 weeks later, 3 phone calls,2 live chats and an email and still not call back or resolution. This was not a huge amount of money that I believe im unable to claim via credit card. Whats my next step?
