The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Autralia Holiday
This element of the prize consists of a ten (10) night trip for the winner and three (3) companions to Melbourne and Hayman Island, Australia. The prize consists of the following:

A five (5) night stay at Crown Metropol, Melbourne for the winner and up to three (3) companions including:
· Return business class flights with access to Qantas International first class lounge from London Heathrow to Melbourne for the winner and up to three (3) companions;
· Hotel accommodation in a Luxe King room for a family of four (4) or two (2) twin rooms for up to four (4) people on a bed and breakfast basis;
· Access pass to 28 Skybar Lounge at Crown Metropol for the winner and their companions (aged 18 years or over); and
· Private return transfers between Melbourne airport and Crown Metropol for the winner and up to three (3) companions.

This element of the Prize also includes a visit to the Healesville Sanctuary, Victoria, for the winner and three (3) companions. Private return transfers from the hotel to the Sanctuary will be provided.

A five (5) night stay at One & Only Resort, Hayman Island for the winner and up to three (3) companions including:
· Return economy flights from Melbourne to Hamilton Island for the winner and up to three (3) companions;
· Hotel accommodation for the winner and up to three (3) companions in a two (2) bedroom pool suite (two (2) twin or double rooms) on a full board basis:

o buffet breakfast at Pacific restaurant;
o lunch and dinner in Amici, Bamboo or Pacific restaurant (at the winner’s discretion).

Full board excludes Teppanyaki, Under the Stars dining, in room dining and alcoholic beverages.

· Return luxury yacht transfer for the winner and up to three (3) companions between Hamilton Island and One & Only Resort;
· Island Escapade snorkeling trip for the winner and up to three (3) companions.

The prize provider will contact the winner within 28 days of winner notification. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up no later than 31 January 2018. The prize cannot be taken during 23-26 March 2017, 10-25 April 2017 (inclusive), 28 October – 4 November 2017 (inclusive) and 15-31 December 2017 (inclusive).

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Australia. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the visa entry requirements to Australia. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in Australia including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 18 years or over.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions and attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas, vaccinations, hotel room service, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, tips, gratuities, local and long distance telephone calls, service charges and taxes.
