Central Heating pump rattling

Our pump has 3 speed settings. Usually on middle one.
On slowest speed setting it's dead quiet. However the middle one causes the unit to make a rattling noise that can be heard throughout the property (presumably cos it's travelling along the pipes).
Thoughts please? It's about 4y old and it's position was changed 3 months ago from airing cupboard to next to boiler in utility after a boiler swap.
Any thoughts?

Could be a number of things, air in system/ pump (bleed), sludge/ debris from boiler swap (remove debris/ sludge) , pump fitted incorrectly (refit as per manufactures instructions) Expansion noise e.g pipes through joist, two pipes touching, As its variable and system modifications have happened pump speed set in correctly ? , worn bearing (replace pump)any one of above or a few others could be your answer start as easiest ?0

Not sure really. Installer moved it downstairs. He did a boiler swap to a new Worcester. New gas feed from meter in fat pipe. He replaced a floorstanding thorn with a wall mounted boiler. Moved the CH pump and sited it next to the boiler with a magnaclean.
Order is as follows
return to boiler>magnaclean>boiler>CH pump. All sited next to each other.
There is a 3 way port in airing cupboard.
The orientation of the CH pump is correct (arrow on body point in correct direction)0
