Gluttony to Detox I need advice

    That's what the people who sell the drinks want you to believe.
  • Try a cup of Green tea...it is refreshing and helps in detoxing.
  • After a few days of over indulging, I start to crave salad and chilled water. I guess that's a sort of de-toxing.
    No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...
  • I'll repeat what's said above, your body naturally detours all the time...if it doesn't you'd be dead!

    Just eat smaller portions of more normal food, do it gradually and you probably wont even notice the change. Change your diet suddenly and your more likely to be hungry and crave the bad stuff again.
