ELIGIBILITY
1.1 This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and its group companies (“Promoter”), Tourism Australia, Etihad Airways PJSC (“Etihad”) and NDL Group, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. GENERAL
2.1 Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.2 Entrants must submit their personal information as requested on the form at tgr.ph/tasteofaustralia Entry is restricted to one per person and once submitted, an entry cannot be amended.
2.3 Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winning entry and five runners-up entries will be the first correct entries drawn at random all entries received by the closing date. The winners’ and runners’-up names and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to Tourism Australia and Etihad Prize Draw Winners, SPARK, Telegraph Media Group, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT within one month after the closing date of the prize draw.
2.4. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, February 5, 2017.
2.5 The winners will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.6 The prizes as described is available on the date of publication. Should a prize or any part of a prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
2.7 Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of any part or all of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
2.8 The Promoter has sole responsibility for the publication, administration and adjudication of the prize draw.
3. PRIZES
First Prize
3.1. The winning entrant will win:- Two Etihad business class tickets to one of Etihad’s Australia Gateways. The winner may choose to fly from London Heathrow, Manchester or Edinburgh to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth;
- £5,000 spending money.
3.3 The prize is subject to blackout dates, including Easter, Christmas and New Years, and bank holidays and school holidays in both the UK and Australia. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together.
3.4 Tickets cannot be upgraded and Etihad Guest miles cannot be accumulated. Any costs for onward or connecting flights not included in the prize must be booked through Etihad Airways reservations or independently. Etihad conditions of carriage which can be found at http://www.etihad.com/en-gb/legal/conditions-of-carriage/.
3.5 The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted. The prize must not be re-sold or auctioned.
3.6 The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion.
3.7 It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they and their travel companion each has a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip
3.8. The winner and their companion may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Tourism Australia, Etihad and the Promoter.
3.9 Provision of the flights is the responsibility of Etihad. The Promoter is responsible for providing the spending money element of the prize
Runners-up
3.10 Three runners-up will each win the following prize package:- A three-course dining experience for two, including one bottle of house wine, at the Dickie Fitz Supper Club, Fitzrovia, London;
- One night’s accommodation in a 3-star hotel in central London based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis; and
- Up to £100 towards travel expenses.
3.12 Runner-up prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives can be claimed.
3.13 Provision of the runner-up prizes is the responsibility of NDL Group.please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.
