I've made turbo cider which uses the cartons of apple juice.
Search turbo cider recipes on web.
Simple to make and if you want it sparkling cider, siphon into bottles (I used 2l plastic pop bottles) after fermentation stops and add a spoonful of sugar to each 2l bottle and store at around 18c for a couple of weeks prior to drinking.
