But the whole time scale from the outset seems off. OP being told an MR would take three months for example. In my experience they turn MRs round pretty quickly in most cases. And then another 44 weeks
If not the MP it might be worth the OP going to CAB to see if they can make a phone call to get some clarity on what's actually happening here0
