I used the TopCashBack £50 to Tesco then to Avios as it was a great deal, but looks like they're got rid of this offer now. On a smaller plus side, you can transfer 1p to 1.25 Avios directly. Not as good as Tesco, but better than nothing.
Unfortunately, the 25% bonus on cashing out from Top Cashback to Avios ended last week. The bonus is now 5%.0
