In my humble opinion, you should not have to dedicate a high spec phone to run adverts on Swagbucks! They are simply videos which do/should not need vast amounts of processing resources - remember when they were introduced? - they ran just fine on all but the most basic of phones. One of the issues as I see it is that these companies are getting greedy and are trying to run 2 or 3 ads at the same time (and running them after every genuine video).

I'll repeat what I said previously - I don't wish to ruin my phone by running it most of the day to earn a pittance (whether it pays for that phone or not). Hopefully this will be a blip and will get sorted out as it has previously when these things went pear shaped. I just hope it is sooner rather than later as it is driving me crazy!

I assume the apps run the way they do because they're more for running background operations than ads. Repeating the same advert over and over doesn't really make sense unless you're into brainwashing. But using the connection to send data (for bitcoin mining for example) makes a lot more sense and explains why a simple video would run like garbage even on a decent machine.

I did find the 9omin ad left multiple Chrome browsers showing it open on my phone. I closed them and check regularly in case ones I've right clicked off are still there. The phone is not nearly as hot. So, check your phone browsers aren't running,
