    I also got paid for the survey, answered about 4 questions on e-cigs including the fact I don't smoke and will not be taking up e-cigs in the future. Was fully expecting to be screened out yet was credited. Luck of the draw, I suppose.

    Ah I am guessing that everyone who has been credited stated they didn't smoke / use e cigs then.

    I tried e cigs a year ago there's the luck in the draw :)

    We had a similar problem earlier today. Try opening the page in a private window. If it works it's probably cookies an or cache. If not try logging out and restarting the browser as well.

    Nope, tried both.
