15 mins in to survey I don't qualify - if anyone clicks on this survey and it takes you to a survey on streaming services I wouldn't bother

Yep, but when you go through it, it took about 5 minutes and was just 10-15 questions on smoking and e-cigs for me. Defo not 35 mins.

it was a short one for me I don't think it even took 5 minutes to do

That number doesn't identify a particular survey it routes to globaltestmarket a site with various surveys on offer and the survey you get depends on demographics and the number of responses required.

(It offered me 25 mins on charities and then 20 on cars - screened out on both)

With the last firefox update the swagbutton disappeared. When I checked in add ons it's still there and the pop up box comes up every time I log in but it's not visible. Any advice?

Thank you I didn't think it was a particular survey. Offereings:

35 min - screened out after 15 minutes and so have put a ticket in
10 min - completed a survey on baby food - got 80SB
25min - completed a survey on cereals - completed but not credited - put in a ticket
Next survey I was offered a 25 min survey - tab closed

UPDATE: just popped on and my activity shows I have been credited 160SB for the 35 min and 25 min's survey above.

Done for the day hit my 2nd target of 350

The survey popup is probably being blocked, if you look to the far right of the address bar (in chrome) there maybe a symbol that shows this when you click on it and it gives you the chance to open the link as well
