Yes - Still appear on the home page, first survey under Answer Surveys and Earn

No idea how SB decide who gets them and who doesn't. Seem to find I maybe get a few in a close-ish time-frame and then none for ages and I know from this thread that there are usually instant surveys still around. Maybe all just down to luck.

Fingers crossed you get the one everything is speaking of (and I was lucky enough to get this morning). Guaranteed 34SB, but your answers can mean you get 387SB.

The first target can vary each day but will generally be the same for everybody that day apart from newcomers/people who don't reach it very often who get lower targets to "tempt them" upwards.

Second target varies much more, I don't know if there is an upper limit on it but it mainly appears to rise based on what you have been achieving.
