I got a rubbish response to a survey non payment too. I emailed back and advised they reviewed the screenshots I sent (1 of which had the complete survey button visible).

they credited 20 mins later.

surveys don't pay out all too often at the moment for me it's far too off putting.

I did a gold survey (F17076192) which was effectively an application to join the Ipsos Mori Jupiter panel on TV opinions and viewing habits. I am wondering if anyone else is a member of this, is it any good?

Not tried their TV one, but I have Ipsos MediaCell+ on mobile and their inCompass on laptop. Pays out £20/mth AGC unprompted. No issues, bar it slightly slows Chrome on laptop, but not Firefox. And they've always responded to queries within 24 hrs.

Thanks for the reply. I had not heard of MediaCell and inCompass before but they sound excellent. Unfortunately the TV panel is going to be questionnaires but it sounds like they might pay quite well, maybe 5 surveys for a £5 Amazon voucher, but I have no idea how long (or frequent) the surveys will be.
