    Many thanks---now on the way to first target - anyone know the UK timetable for codes today ? - I have to go out to buy petrol and would wish to time my absence in the most productive way ????

    No timetable given, but if you do the next one when it appears you should have till it expires to nip out and get back :-) They usually last an hour
  • Just got a giant picture of a naked woman with the message "local sluts in your area" from clicking on an offer on Discovery: OfferToro. I could've done without that at 9:30 in the morning. Just a warning to keep your eyes peeled with Discovery offers, you never know what they're going to redirect to!
  • Help!

    I have just been denied 100sb from a Ipos survey on Virtual Reality. I reached 87%, said it had a couple of questions left then stalled then next page is 100% completed with 'Thank you for taking part. These are all the questions we have for you today' #sigh

    I have submitted a help request. Included all the information required (screen shots, survey no, url etc).
    My auto response email to the help is the following. I have a ticket number.

    Where you were presented with the survey: (Email, Swagbucks Inbox, Homepage, Gold Surveys, Partner surveys, etc.):

    Survey ID
    Survey SB Amount
    Date of Survey
    URL of the survey (If you have it available)

    By providing this information upfront in your ticket to us, we will be able to offer you faster resolution. We do suggest writing down the Survey ID before clicking into the survey for reference if an issue occurs.

  • I had same thing yesterday with a different survey. If you submit the info again you will get a real person response. It is ridiculous having to submit the same information twice.

    I agree, always reply else you might get an automatic closure of the ticket due to not replying. I hope you get this credited along with the Swagup.

    Did you 'start again' as such (i.e go to the help page and submit it all again fresh) or did you use the link in your email? My link doesn't work.
  • If I get that automated response I reply and say 'please review submitted information'. The sb are usually rewarded then. It's an irritating process but replying seems to be the only way to get a human to look at your ticket.

    I didn't click the link, I just replied to the email, and I did get credited for the survey.
