    It's a £0.99p charge and is supposed to be a virtual charge. It should get applied and then removed or not applied at all! If you contact your Mastercard supplier, the one where it shows that £1 has been deducted on your account, they should put the £1 back for you and then you will be able to go back to Amazon and just keep trying to top up your card (it'll probably get rejected as having insufficient funds) until finally the payment processing company decides to omit the £0.99p and then it'll be accepted!

    Very annoying, especially being repeatedly told insufficient funds, but it does work.
    I've already been in touch still no refund. The mastercard was one from Swagbucks, hence why posted here.
    Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.

    I only had to do that once, I think it was a Mastercard from ipsos. There is a separate company that issues the Mastercard, it's not direct from ipsos or Swagbucks, and I asked them to amend the card. If I recall it took several days to fix, but they kept suggesting to try the card again, maybe from what you've written the £1 actually got put back on without intervention? After several attempts, it took. It felt very odd at the time and I did feel like a mug! I suppose it might have worked if I'd just kept trying to use the card?

    After that I have applied other Mastercards to Amazon and don't bother with the Mastercard supplier I just keep retrying until it's accepted, either that same day or leaving it till the next, and they've been accepted within a day or two.

    The Ozy.com ads in sbtv and movieclips has made them unusable for me. Awful.

    The ozy ads on SBTV are annoying but playing okay for me at least, currently earned 40SB from SBTV alone today with bonus rounds and still going. Yesterday movie clips and entertainow was playing the ozy ad plus another ad in between every video.

    EntertainNow and Movieclips aren't working at all for me today. They play one video then the app closes. Hopefully it will go back to normal soon as I have no updates pending for either of them.
    SB + Survey earnings 2017 = £670.25
    2018 = £414

    I can't physically run any of the apps, I just have a white screen with 'invalid click' at the top and 'please watch for 30 seconds'
    I've managed to clock up a massive 12 SB all day long today :mad:

    I'm getting this but the seconds are counting down so it's working as though the ad were there. I think it's supposed to be the ozy.com ads.

    Occasionally it sticks, no counting down , so I restart the app.
