You need to submit a 'ticket'.
Scroll to the bottom of a Swagbucks page, select Customer Support under 'Contact Us'.
At the top of the new page should be a 'Submit A Request' button.

It helps if you have a screenshot or two or can quote the survey number which shows on the Answer page if you started from there, or even a url from the address bar.

    Good luck.
Thank you very much for replying. I've found the place to submit a ticket but it will probably be a waste of time as I don't have any of the information needed. I have no idea how to look back and get the survey number or how to take a screen shot so I didn't do that. I will just have to let it go, I am not computer savvy enough but thank you very much for taking the time to reply.

Do you mean the message about not being able to view them if you're not in the US? The counter bar still ticks on and the videos credit, so it doesn't make much difference. It's their problem their adverts and videos don't load.

One evening I was doing some online reading so I decided to have the swag button TV on the side of the screen and just click it on every time it needed it. Picked up maybe 20-30 points like that. The next morning I am sure my balance was lower than it was the night before so I am guessing they took the points back.

What's Mobile Web on the Swago board, is that through a web browser or is it some kind of app?

Warning two surveys just never credited for me despite completing them.

One Gold Survey 201704242 - on Brexit, short admittedly but no 80SB, ticketed.

Second for 50SB, shorter on pub premises and drinks bought 183382

That's checking Swagbucks on your phone. Not 100% sure but I think it's either through the app or just the website checked on your phone.

ETA: I just went through the website on my phone and it coloured in a square for me. So either way would work.

I got the pub drinks one on ipad and it credited fine for me, perhaps put tickets in.
