I tried the Ladbrokes deal today but no credit for the funds yet. It says 24hrs so I'll wait till then but hopefully it credits since I lost all the funds haha.

Is anyone else problems with any of the videos on watch? I go to click on a video or category and it says "Oops...looks like that one got away! The playlist you are looking for is not currently available. But don't worry, there are plenty more fish in the sea!" Never had this problem before...

I have just taken AGES completing a survey. Got to the end with the Captcha and the page froze then went blank. I have no idea how to complain about not receiving my Swagbucks, can anyone help please?

If the videos play it automatically goes on to the next, takes a lot longer as they will play in full before moving on but apart from the occasional check that it hasn't frozen or reached the complete end of a group it doesn't need any input (just like the mobile apps)

I had that recently, it came back on it's own, I think it was the next day.

It seems to come and go. Sometimes there are automatic videos for months on end, then they stop, you need to manually click through, then the auto ones return several weeks or months later.

Just seen this posted by someone on the facebook page, I didn't know about it.

Found this out at the weekend, not sure if it's widely known, but I clicked on "keep craving" on the daily crave, an got an extra crave video, 3SB on Saturday, 10SB on Sunday & 2SB today. Happy Swagbucking

You need to submit a 'ticket'.
Scroll to the bottom of a Swagbucks page, select Customer Support under 'Contact Us'.
At the top of the new page should be a 'Submit A Request' button.

It helps if you have a screenshot or two or can quote the survey number which shows on the Answer page if you started from there, or even a url from the address bar.
