Yep, if they receive your request you get an automated email confirmation.
I did a ticket earlier and it did the same as you said. What I had to do was, as I filled in the form it gave me a number of blue links to possible solution articles. I clicked on one of those closest to the problem, rejected it with the dialogue that opened up and then I was able to go to my completed form and submit it.
A lot of hassle but worth it if it works!0 -

Oh dear I can't recall. I tried to duplicate the ticket, but it didn't give me the links this time. Is there somewhere where it says 'Was this helpful to you?', I think that might of been it. I then clicked something like 'relevant but not helpful' and went back to my form and clicked submit. It then gives a little banner saying your request has been submitted.0
