These can lead to stealing coins from other players by digging in their village and attacking them. You need I think about 3 million coins to reach level 1. If you do not get it straight away you have to wait another hour for 5 more spins, and so on.

They were having some problems with the Help service provider. You could try emailing direct or posting on Facebook.

I have tried the above link but after pressing submit it went back to the original page with my details still there, so I don't think they have received my request.

Yep, if they receive your request you get an automated email confirmation.

I did a ticket earlier and it did the same as you said. What I had to do was, as I filled in the form it gave me a number of blue links to possible solution articles. I clicked on one of those closest to the problem, rejected it with the dialogue that opened up and then I was able to go to my completed form and submit it.

A lot of hassle but worth it if it works!

Thank you very much for trying to help. I had to get a password for the help center and did all that. How can I reject their suggestion? Is it athumb down picture? I have pressed it but nothing opened up to fill the form.

Oh dear I can't recall. I tried to duplicate the ticket, but it didn't give me the links this time. Is there somewhere where it says 'Was this helpful to you?', I think that might of been it. I then clicked something like 'relevant but not helpful' and went back to my form and clicked submit. It then gives a little banner saying your request has been submitted.
