I waited ages for a survey eligible for the 1 SB disqualification bonus to pop up and when one eventually did there was no obvious way to disqualify myself so I ended up filling the whole thing in (was about energy providers).
Got to the very end where it asks for your age/occupation/etc and clicked the last page where it asks if you have any comments about the survey only for it to kick me back to the SB homepage with a "survey is full" message. So I ended up getting the 1 SB I needed for the Swago but got shafted out of 60 SB for the survey. Lesson learned, SB are still terrible for actually filling out surveys.0 -

Bet that was a Toluna survey, wasn't it? If you ever do another one, take a screenshot when you get to the "thanks and have you got any comments you want to make about the survey" type screen.0 -
It was indeed, I take it they have a history of such shenanigans?General_Grant wrote: »Bet that was a Toluna survey, wasn't it?
To be honest most of the time I can't be bothered with the hassle of taking a screenshot and chasing up the complaints department, which I suppose is why they keep getting away with it.0 -
