Yes i am still waiting for one i ordered on 1st Feb and one on 18th Feb. I sent them a message through Facebook as i also got the generic wait 10 days response from email. They do reply on Facebook within a couple of days or so. Alternatively reply to the "wait 10 days" email and they might reply to that. I did both and just chased again as they said it should have arrived yesterday but it didn't.

I am waiting on amazon vouchers from 10th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 21st. I have stopped ordering them now in the hope that if I get those refunded, if I order one of higher value it might come though. That's not based in any fact though just wishful thinking!0

Mine (from the 10th) arrived yesterday. Hopefully there's just a backlog and nothing more sinister!0

Enter 9thBirthday in the Swag Code Box before 9 AM for 9 SB!
Don't forget to redeem it via the Swag Button to mark off the Swago square0 -
For anybody that doesn't want to cash in their swagbucks but wants to complete the Swago board - you can make an order and then cancel it before you confirm (either by question or email). That will mark off the redeem box.

Anyone know how the spin and win thing works? I thought we got spins for each SWAGO square we ticked off but I have done a few and got nothing?0
