Sure the M & S delivery will work fine.

A very belated happy birthday. Sounds you had a good day. And even better, a fantastic Christmas present from your team too. A very welcome surprise after a couple of poorly weeks.

The friend situation is a hard one. It seems harder the older we get.

Take care, are you completely recovered by the way?

The friend issue does indeed get more difficult as we get older.
I dont think we can shrug it off the same.

Feeling a bit more human today , no headache , still got pesky tum but just not eating much , won't do me any harm.

Boots have arrived and picked up , the hospital was like a ghost town, bet A&E was crazy though. Bought a gluten free sandwich in there as well.

Made it to the beauticians £26 spent. Petrol £30.40 .

May need a bit of salad on Tuesday for work , but no food shopping required other than that.
