Monday done and dusted. It was a NSD as well to boot. I also returned to the gym after three months absence and I enjoyed my hour getting hot and sweaty. I am now in my pyjamas having soup. Just need to prep tomorrow's lunch and wash up , think that will be it for the night.

Had a colleague go over my application form and have a few more bits to add, will try and finish it by Wednesday afternoon, closing date Friday lunch.

Not much happening today, work was steady and have managed to nearly catch up after my month off.

Another NSD , breakfast and lunch brought in to work.

For me weekday evenings January is all about cosy nights in my pjs !

Going to try for the gym again tomorrow night. I have been keeping up the water drinking , my cups of tea are diminishing slowly.

I need some new books to read so will hit the charity shops at weekend.

These January winter evenings make me want to snuggle indoors too!

Good for you on the water intake. This is something I have to address.

No I hadn't Beanie but after your suggestion I looked up the times of my local library . The nearest one is open Friday afternoon when I am at home so that's good. The biggest one is open quite late and just a short drive away , so I joined up yesterday . Thank you for the idea.

Yesterday I went to the gym again , it was really hard this time. I am going to go again tonight I want to try to keep up at least 2/3 times a week in the winter months.

This weekend I am off to Lake District to see my friend , going Friday night , returning Sunday . Can't wait to se the fells and water , it really is my peace of heaven.
