    Your holiday is almost here!
We are on the same number of NSDs for November :)
My fridge is also a bit empty. Kippers and soup tonight so I don't break a NSD.

My day ended up being very long DGS was invited to a party at 5.00pm , I ended up taking him as one parent got stuck in traffic. Hence I have only just arrived home . Tea is some toast !

Tomorrow I am on karate duty for DGS and then I am off to spend the day with my friend , as she is going away and it's our last chance to meet up before my holiday.

Can't wait for a bath and bed.

Another busy day , karate with DGS I enjoyed watching him . Then a 45 minute trip to my very best friends . We went for lunch , had a little whirl round her nearest big village and went in a very nice gift shop. I am pleased to say I didn't buy anything . I paid £7 for lunch so not a bad day.

Came home and did the cleaning , so I can go shopping tomorrow, then ironing. I am also going for my currency tomorrow then that's another job done .

    Glass of wine now .

  • I think little children look so cute when they are practising karate! DD used to go when she was a child up to her early teens.

Your day out with your BF sounded perfect. Well done on resisting the tempting gift shop!

I have spent sometime this morning working out how far I have got to paying of CC . My calculations show that by the end of the year I will have paid for my holiday to Australia and the silliness spending in the summer . I will be starting the New Year with the same amount of debt as I started 2018 with.

I am going to try and really go for it next year but am not giving myself an end date as I will get fed up. My mindset has completely changed now towards money , I do occasionally use a credit card but it gets paid off in full. I have an emergency fund , save for insurances to pay in full. Have a Xmas fund and still manage to live a fairly good life on my salary even paying rent.

Through saving for things I bought Westlife tickets for myself and DD , long time ago it would have gone on the CC . Didn't fall for spice girl tickets though .

That's my little me me post finished .

You have done so well to have paid your holiday by the end of the year. You should feel so proud. You can enjoy without facing a massive bill when you come back.
