I have started a shiny new spending diary , it makes me think more about what I have spent. Feel like I have started to think the right way.

Back in work today, lunch packed , dinner defrosting for later. Back to the gym which I use regularly, will probably be busy with all new people carrying out there New Years resolution.

Definitely a no spend day , one of many I hope.

I follow Dave Ramsey's rules (google 7 baby steps money makeover)

The first 3 (and you do them consecutively)
    1. save £1000 emergency fund
    2. Pay off debt by snowballing
    3. Save 3-6 months expenses as an insurance policy.
