I am so stiff this morning , the gym worked as it should then ! Had my hair done last night £20 plus a tip of £5 for my niece as she did a great job.
Tonight is volunteering straight from work , so a long day , but it is near home so will be home about 7.30 , they provide a snack as well.
This week has been tiring so far , I didn't sleep well last night , head full of rubbish .
