Default coming off

Hi all,

I have 5 defaults, two of which will be off within the next two months another two within 12 months. I have one which will be on for a few years but as im making monthly payments im hoping this is settled before it expires.

Do these naturally come off? Or do i have to fill any forms in or carry out any tasks?

On a separate note i took out cashplus credit rebuilder around this time last year - is it worth keeping this as ive had 12 months of positive reporting on my credit file or have I gained the benefit of this product?

Thanks

I'd be most interested in this....once you have paid off your loan of 72 quid at 6 pounds a month....what happens going forward

You don't need to do anything the defaults will just disappear normally the day after the 6 years expire.

You'd see if you were able to get something better.

Ok, I'm not in need of credit myself..

But was just wondering the impact of a small loan of 72 pounds and paying it over a year....the resulting change to a credit acceptance application.

As said, they come off automatically without you having to do anything.

With Experian and Callcredit they should drop off on the 6 year anniversary, however Equifax can sometimes take a few days or even weeks.
