Its a 12 month account, isnt it? Are you still getting 8% after Year 1?
Yes. Once matured another one can be opened although another visit to a HSBC branch will be necessary.
Halifax on the other hand allow their Regular Saver to carry on using exactly the same details (I have almost completed a 3rd year with them).
Norwich & Peterborough BS have an 8% Regular Saver linked to their Current Account but can be used only once (12 months). No repeat even if you close your current account and re-apply.Old Saying Once bitten twice shy
