    Basically signing up your details - feeling wary about this, any right to be concerned?

    They are not necessarily "fake" but I'd stay away from anything that asks too many questions that could lead to ID theft :P You are likely to receive a lot of PPI or insurance claim calls after you submit your details as per the small print.
