Hello, I've got a couple of questions, Does anyone not get any points for searching anymore? I never tried to spam the search engine but for some reason I've stopped getting points for searches


Also does anyone get points via Video loyalty? That doesn't seem to work either...

I leave a gap of at least two minutes between searches,and manage to get a search 'win' within 8-12 searches each day.
I've never managed to get Video Loyalty to work.

Video Loyalty only works if your mouse cursor is active on the screen/video in my experience. I think, meaning you are genuinely interacting/watching them.

I've found video loyalty has only recently started crediting again but as said it has to be the active window. It's very slow though so I tend to run it when I'm away from the laptop for an hour or more.

My search wins also stopped. Like you I've never tried to spam it either. Usually I visit a mix of sites throughout the day. Some new and some I visit regularly. I raised a ticket to ask if my account had been banned as 'coincidentally' the wins stopped shortly after I'd updated my browser (Chrome) and add-ons.

The response I got suggested that my account wasn't banned from search wins but that I should not use the search function to visit my regular sites.

I didn't bother to pursue it as I really think it could be something to do with the updates and when I can be bothered I'll test my theory on a different device and browser.

I do still get the video loyalty but I've found that the https://www.instagc.com/watch/ runs out of videos very quickly at the moment so I'm only getting partial points anyway. Smores has always been hit or miss for me with it's ability to count.

I usually run this on my phone once I've completed the SB apps. I'd hate to have a £9.99 phone which has already paid for itself sitting idle :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
