No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries January 2017

I have sensitive skin too and it would be dry if left to it's own devices. I mostly remove the main of my eye make up with micellar water and cotton pads, mainly because I hate my white wash cloths being all black and manky:eek:, but it deals well with the rest, not had any stinging or soreness, massages beautifully and I also like the smell. I use it as a first cleanse, that or a balm cleanser, followed by a cream cleanser.
THIS is the one I have.
Thank you, I tend to get a little nervous when trying new things0 -
maddiemay another suggestion for waterproof mascara from Sali Hughes' column. Beautifully written as always:

Cleansing oil: I don't have sensitive skin but I do have the Simple cleansing oil. It gets makeup off very well but smells a bit funny. I am a convert to oil cleansers for my fairly oily skin.
Two In/Outs for me:
Vichy Aqualia Serum, in and out: HG
Vichy Normaderm day moisturiser, replaced with Simple day moisturiser
An IN: OGX Macademia oil conditioner - having too many bad hair days with current conditioner but will UU in the summer
And OUTs: Head & Shoulders shampoo - got this in my eyes and regretted it, OUCH
L'occitane shea butter body lotion0 -
I have an OUT. Sold a deluxe size Urban Decay eyeliner on Facebook.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I agree, a beautifully written article. I will check out the mascara suggestions tomorrow:DThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -

I didn't find it slippy. It becomes a foam on contact with water so it doesn't really go splashing onto the bath. I got a small bottle to try as I had the same concern, but no issues. Not buying unnecessary toiletries 2024 26/53 UU, 25 IN0 -
First TA for 2017
75ml Avoplex to Go. Hands really sensitive ATM, found this really drying and made me itch. Not sure if there is another one lurking, but if so will go to CS. 1/1The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
Finished off a BS hemp hand cream last month and decided to open a new BS absinthe hand cream. I've heard people rave about it but I've found it a bit drying, anyone else think this too?Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
I didnt make it to Boots until yesterday and there wasnt much sale stuff left. I nearly brought an Extracts vanilla set but I dont actually like vanilla lol. Has to be the first time ever I've not brought anything 50 or 70% off in the Boots sale:eek::eek::T:T
Instead a couple of UU for me:
Extracts Strawberry Body lotion
Loreal Pure Clay Glow MaskDebt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
Guerlain serum.. In Holy grail. Hanging head in shame but it is botox in a jar and I miss it. I will be buying no fancy clothes this month or shoes.
I hit pan on half baked. Woo hoo. I will be finished by 2020 at this rate. I am so determined to use this palette up for some reason, I don't want to buy or start using another till it is on its last legs.
I have gotten two tiny blister type spots on one cheek, I don't know why as I'm using only my regular items. I restarted the clariins brightening toner and this could be the reason. Who knows?
I am going to throw out the Bioderm SPF. Love it but I feel that I have to stick to the expiry dated on this product only. I really need to get the la Roche posey dry powder SPF and use it. I feel annoyed with myself that I have not been using the SPF as it is really important, I know the acids increase photosensitivity.0 -

We have a full size and an eco refill of this and whilst I'm sort of hohum about it MRM likes to use it on holiday. Recently though I've seen a couple of YouTubers rave about it when used fir shaving.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge.
