12. L'occitane Divine Mask Sample Sachet As mentioned before this is gorgeous. Just wanted to put this on to make my skin feel relaxed last night and left it on overnight.
Will need to repaint my nails tonight as those on my right hand and pretty chipped now. Think I will wear Nails Inc Victoria.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

One disposable razor TA this morning. Have so many in stash so I count these.
One IN yesterday - antibac hand wash from A!di. I'm going to try it as it was a lot cheaper than the usual ones I use. Hopefully it won't dry out my hand, although I do have a LOT of hand cream to use!
My usual foundation has nearly run out, probably one or two applications left. I'm not really using any make up on my skin at the moment as it's looking quite good, however I will need to buy some more soonish. Debating between Maybelline Fit Me foundation which is what I'm currently using up and suits my skin or Vichy Dermablend which I've only sampled. Will need to colour test both (my current Fit Me foundation is slightly too dark normally but I have a slight tan left over from hols hence using it up at the mo).0 -
I have an IN. Was feeling sorry for myself and was in boots buying tampons and decided I needed half price bath salts. To be fair this is something I use.
My finances are a bit dire so I am debating putting off buying a new foundation, even when paid. I might try and make my old Bobbi brown stick work. Tried it today and it was, but dry but I could add something in with it or just work on my skin being better.
That's about £20-36 quid saved depending on which one I went for!0 -
My sister then also gave me some Laura Gellar stuff that doesn't suit her:
- Full size Balance and Brighten in Medium with brush. It's too dark for her, and actually slightly too dark for me at the moment, but that should change soon. I'm REALLY impressed with this so far.
- and a blush, which I've not really tried yet, but does look nice.
I love Balance n Brighten though nowadays I tend to use it on top of another foundation rather than alone. Which blush did you get?
I meant to reply to this last month, but kept forgetting, sorry! Yes, I've been using it on top of foundation as well - I'm not sure it would be everything I needed on it's own.
I've been using a sample of Erborian CC cream for the past few weeks – and it is utterly amazing! I think my future HG would be that as a base, and B&B (in a better colour) on top to finish. No need for any liquid foundation then, just a perfect natural lookA bit of a strange thought for me, as I've really not been a fan of BB creams in the past.
At the minute I’m using Erborian CC cream, double wear foundation on top, then Clinique superpowder all over (HG, and right colour for me), with the B&B under my cheekbones and contours of jaw/neck (as the medium is too dark to use all over). Then the LG blush…
So the blush has been an excellent surprise too! It’s Baked Gelato Vivid Swirl Blush in Rosewater. I normally really struggle to use blushes – I can’t apply them well, or they feel to me like to wrong colour, so I never feel very comfortable with the final look. But this goes on so easily and naturally, it looks brilliant! I’m feeling much more confident now because of it – I’ll have to start experimenting with others again
Re-painted my nails last night with one of my favourites – Ciate fade to griege, with Seche Vite on top. Loving them today, but might do some stamping later to jazz them up a bit more.0 -

Glad you're enjoying the BnB. I used to be able to use this one it's own but not anymore. I use Laura Geller Spackle and Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation underneath.
I got two primers in my Advent Calendar - Balance Me Instant Pore Miniimiser and Pur Colour Correcting primer. Neither have the longevity of Spackle for me. I also got a Decleor BB cream in the calendar. Whilst the coverage is good the colour (I suspect I have a medium toned one) is very orange. However with BnB on top it looks ok.
I too have the Rosewater blush. This is what came in the kit I got from TK Maxx and I really thought I would not like it but as you say it looks really natural considering it is very brightly coloured in the pan.
I have several LG blushers and love them all. If you are interested in the brand I know there is a TSV coming up this Saturday (not enabling, honestly). Mind you, it contains BnB so you may not want it. BnB by the way lasts a good while to get through!
I'm also loving the gloss that came in the kit. I got the gilded honey highlighter in the advent calender and this is gorgeous too.
The only product that I've not really got on with is the retractable eyeliner as I remember it kept breaking. From memory the mascara is so-so too however I got one in the kit and will let you know once I've tried it again.
Finally, googled the nail colour you mentioned. It's very similar to OPI by Sephora Metro Chic. It's a colour that, on my skin tone, is a bit meh! Sometimes I like it, sometimes not.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. VALM, I do have Spackle (my mum gave me it a few months ago), and really like it, but have loads of other primers to get through first :rotfl: I'm looking forward to trying it again now though. Did you get the M&S advent calendar? I'm pretty sure I have the Pur primer in the cupboard… I’m using a Monu one at the moment though, which is brilliant, and veeeeeeeery long lasting. I’m not sure I’ll ever finish it and move on to another primer
I’m not sure where my sister got the Laura Gellar stuff – may well have been a TKMaxx kit!
Do you know what’s in the TSV this weekend? I wouldn't mind a B&B if I can get it in a better colour i.e. fair, and then keep the Medium for summer. I don’t really like lipsticks or lip glosses though (Benetint and carmex all the way for me!), so might avoid anything with those.
Oooh, just had a look at that Opi version – yes very close!0 -

2x UU:
Nivea regenerating night cream. Bought this for £3 instead of spending £12 on my normal L'oreal night cream after reading a few ranty threads about how Nivea was just as good as Creme de Mer. Hated it, used up as foot cream.
L'occitane foot cream, advent calendar sample - lovely but bit pricey for foot cream
Everyone seems to be being very good in the sales. I am trying very hard to resist the Clinique Crayola chubby sticks. Lipstick that looks like a crayon? How old am I? I so want them.0
