The benefits of travel on our wellbeing are well known – it’s good for our bodies, minds and souls. So to raise awareness, Titan would like you to enter its Journey to Wellbeing competition. Simply share a great travel moment by either writing (no more than one 500 words), through photography (jpeg only), or via video (no longer than 30 seconds) demonstrating how a travel experience brought extra zing into your life. Terms and Conditions

1. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight 28 February 2017.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
3. The competition is open to all permanent UK residents over the age of 18, excluding employees and retirees of Saga PLC (The Promoter).The Promoter will accept only one (1) entry per applicant. Multiple or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4. To enter, you must submit a complete experience in the format of a written piece, photograph or video. The written piece must be in English, of no more than 500 words in accordance with the brief set out at the main competition page at blog.titantravel.co.uk/journeytowellbeing. Photographs must be in jpeg format. Videos must be no longer than 30 seconds in length. These can be submitted to the Promoter either (a) digitally via blog.titantravel.co.uk/journeytowellbeing or (b) as hard copy to: Titan Journey to Wellbeing competition, Titan Travel, Titan House, Crossoak Lane, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 5EX together with a covering note giving your full name, date of birth, title of your story, postal address, email address (if available) and contact telephone number(s). The Promoter accepts no liability in respect of any entries that it receives and any such materials shall not be returned to entrants, so you are advised to retain originals and only send copies of your entry.
5. The entry should remain vendor agnostic and focus on the individual or group experiences. The Promoter retains the right to remove the names of competitor or brand companies.
6. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for incomplete or illegible entries. The Promoter hopes to acknowledge receipt of entries, but if a very large number of entries is received this may not be possible in every case – with apologies. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
7. All valid, correctly completed entries received before the closing deadline will be forwarded to a judging panel comprising of Sue Bryrant, Cruise Editor, The Sunday Times and members of the editorial team at Titan Travel.
8. The judges will choose one winner whose entries are, in the opinion of the judges, the best and of sufficiently good quality to merit winning.
9. The winners will be notified in writing within one (1) month of the closing date and the details of the winners will be officially announced on social media channels and the Titan Blog. All entries will be publicly displayed on the competition page blog.titantravel.co.uk/journeytowellbeing.
10. The winner will receive a prize of one B cabin on ‘A journey along the Danube with Prague’ - a 10 day river cruise departing on 25 September 2017, including flights for two and transfers.
11. If, in the sole opinion of the judges, none of the entries is of a sufficiently high standard to merit publication, there will be no winners and the planned publication may be cancelled.
12. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative for the cruise prize is available.
13. By submitting an entry, each entrant understands that publication of the winning entries is subject to each winner entering into a contract with the Promoter permitting the Promoter to publish or license all or part of the entry in all editions and formats, including print and electronic, in all languages and territories and across all channels throughout the world. If you do not want to grant these rights, please do not submit an entry.
14. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion.
15. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
17. By entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-owned creation and to the extent that any entry makes use of any third party materials that permission to re-use these has been secured, unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Entrants will keep the Promoter harmless from any claims in relation to their entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person.
18. Entrants will own and retain any copyright in their entries.
19. By providing the Promoter with your personal data and contact details, you consent to the use of that data and to you being contacted by Saga Group (Saga plc and its subsidiaries) for marketing purposes by post electronic and sms. For a copy of our privacy policy, please refer to titantravel.co.uk or write to Data Protection Officer. These specific details are for the use of Saga plc only and will not be passed onto any third parties other than those performing the holiday contract. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
20. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to be bound by these competition terms and conditions.
