Increasing text size query

My new Lenovo laptop has a " Customize your display" which in theory includes an option to "Change the size of text, apps and other items".
The size of text bit is represented by a horizontal line with the numbers 100 at one end and 125 at the other. At the moment when I use the mouse to slide the scale from 100 upwards to increase text size it will only allow me the choice of choosing the maximum text size of 125, nothing in between. When I'm on this setting of 125 I'm also given the message, "Some apps wont respond to scaling changes until you sign out".
I suppose my question is if I'm signed out how can I do something about modifying this problem I'm having?

I suspect that you only have a choice of 100 or 125 and that there is no 'in between' option. I might be wrong.
Set it at 125 and see if that suits you.
Change it back to 100 if it doesn't.0 -
