Positive Health Shop or Positively No Communication Shop? I ordered through them two weeks ago and received an email saying they would contact me immediately if any products were out of stock. Trouble was that they were all out of stock...but no-one bothered to let me know. Their customer service response was poor too. At 9.45am this morning the answer machines were still on despite the fact that they are meant to open at 9.00am. I sent an email, inviting someone to telephone me, but it seems that they don't like talking to customers when they've let someone down! :mad:0

I must admit I am amazed at the problems 'dizzie' has faced... I think she really must have upset the guys at PHS. I am a Nutrition Practitioner and have been shopping there and sending patients there for their supplements for the past three years and their service has been flawless. I have always found their service quick and reliable and their Nutritionist on staff has always helped my patients when they have questions. They are just a small, friendly company working hard... but I guess you can't please all the people...But they certainly are fine by me! Peace. Ben.0

I can relate to all the comments on this site. I have ordered from them before and the service was excellent (apart from first class post taking 5 days to arrive). This time I ordered in October, nothing came - they said they have a problem with the Filton Post Office. They say they have now sent another order out to me but that still has not come after a week, so there are two orders in the ether somewhere!! I have contact my credit card company and re-ordered from somewhere else.
Won't order from them again. If they are having a problem with a certain branch of the Post Office they should take their business elsewhere as a lot of other companies are doing.0 -
