I am not sure that they have one. I complained in writing 10 days ago and I have yet to receive a confirmation. I have e-mailed them this morning asking for their agreement to deadlock the issue. Seems like there are a lot of people with fixes ending about now, wonder if they've been swamped with new sign ups.

I signed up with Iresa about 3 weeks ago and so far everything has gone like clockwork: including the taking of the DD in advance. They have informed my outgoing supplier, who wrote to me today. The switch is due to complete on 30/1.
As above, I suspect that the surge in sign ups means that they do not have the resources to deal with non-routine enquiries. I don't know how many staff they employ, but get the distinct impression that it's barely in double figures.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
