Rendering

Hiya,

Looking if anyone can give me a ballpark figure that I can expect to pay to remove and re-render the upper level of our house please?

Its a semi with i think very old render on it.

Pictures in this link to give an idea of what needs doing - upper level only.

Just add http

In light of no other replies and based upon very limited experience....
Given fairly straightforward job excepting for the conservatory issue and the need for scaffolding I would guess (and this is all it is!) ..About a thousand per side for rendering, a bit less for removal, and a few hundred for scaffolding? ..Say 5 to 6K ?

Hopefully someone can give you a better idea!

Be clear if you want old render removed. Most quotes will be based on simply chipping off any boss sections but generally rendering over existing.

We got a few quotes for a 4 bed detach bungalow...one at £2100, three around £3000 and one at £4500...all for roughcasting in white with a cream chip applied, and painting the base and window sill concrete sections.
