Tesco Balance Transfer

Anyone else had this problem? I returned from holiday at the end of November and decided to transfer a balance from a credit card to my Tesco Card. I did this using my mobile phone.
I entered into my Tesco account, pressed the transfer section and a screen appeared showing me I could transfer for 0% until October 2017. So I proceeded with the transfer.
I got my Tesco credit card statement recently and it showed I had been charged interest for the so called 0% transfer.
I have spoken with Tesco with regards to this and they are now saying there was no 0% offer on at that time, this is why I have been charged interest.
I clearly would not have made the transfer unless it was 0%, what would be the reason for doing it! Anyway Tesco are basically saying they cant do anything about it.

If they're saying the there wasn't a 0% offer on at that time, and you transferred a balance, what do you want them to do about it? They can't just say that, as you obviously made a mistake, they'll forgive you and either transfer it back or give you 0%, can they?I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0

Do you have a printout or a screenshot of the offer?
If not you could raise it as a formal complaint but if you don't have any evidence you might be struggling.0 -
Unfortunately not, I usually do but this time forgot, more fool me!!0

They won't have it at all. Like I said to them, what was the point of me doing the transfer that has cost me £150 when I could have left the money where it was. They have passed it to their complaints dept but i,m not holding my breath!! Iv,e paid it off anyway to avoid any further interest being slapped on. The annoying thing is they have another offer on now for 0% until July 2018.0
