No contact from Buyer - advice please - updated

Hi guys

I sold an item that finished on 17-Sep-07 21:57:35 BST. I sent out invoice and have had no reply.

The buyer has recently had negative feedback for

had no reply even though i had won had no reply at all

How do I go about getting my fees back and relisting the item? I know I have to wait 8 days but then what?

If you are signed in, go to the item page and at the top it gives a link to 'report an unpaid item', just follow that. You can do it from My Ebay too.

You could try contacting the buyer by phone, http://search.ebay.co.uk/ws/search/AdvSearch?sofocus=bs&sacat=-1&catref=C5&_trksid=m37&from=R7&nojspr=y&fsop=1&fsoo=1&fcl=2&frpp=100&sofindtype=9&pfid=
you need the item number and buyer's user id.

Buyer has finally replied to my second invoice - "their car had had a big repair bill and could I wait til Wednesday for payment?".

The auction finished on the 17th and that would be 9 days from end of acution I really don't to wait til then so should I report an unpaid item on Monday evening?

its up to yourself,wait till wednesday and get paid(maybe)
or report it and likely have ot relist.
just because they didnt have the money doesnt mean they couldnt contact you.non contact gets my goat!
