Hi I had my new sofas delivered on 21.11.16 from Sofology and there's a fault on both sofas as the buttons are all popping up, ive put a complaint in to then and asked to send my sofas back and order a different one, but they are saying I cant, is this true? ive had nothing but trouble as I'm still waiting for scatter cushions that should of arrive with the sofa.
