Hi i had a letter from Lloyds today saying a payment of £300 would be paid back to me because of interest charges, but the redress would be off the loan balance?
Is there any chance they would pay this to me and not off loan ?
If not good news anyway

There is no chance of you receiving this money personally unless perhaps you can provide very compelling reasons (more pressing debts) otherwise.0 -
They are paying it to you, just in a roundabout way.0

I thought so. I am happy anyway like you said it's being paid to me just off loan which is prob better0

Make sure they take the whole PPI amount off the balance too.0
