Promotional periods after moving abroad

Options
Hello,

I had a question, and I was wondering if any of you had ever come across this. I have about £10,000 worth of credit card debt, in 2 credit cards, from MBNA and Virgin. I am considering to move abroad next year.
I have a 0% offer on both the cards, that runs until December 2018 for both. I do want to pay off the credit cards in the normal way.
I was wondering: when I move abroad, do I then breach the promotional offer terms and conditions? I.e. do I then fall back to paying 18%-21% interest rate? Or can I pay 0% interest when I live abroad until December 2018, as long as I pay my monthly payments and keep a UK bank account?
