Missed delivery DHL

Has anyone had a dhl delivery of a unnotified prize today?
I am not expecting anything either prize or normal delivery and I have no way of finding out anything as dhl card doesn't have my waybill no on it.
Don't want to phone dhl due to their high telephone call costs and can't look it up online due to having no number except a route number.
I live in hope.

Try using the saynoto0870 website to see if they have a better number to phone? It's not just for 0870 numbers and it usually has alternatives.
Fingers crossed for you!0 -
This has the hallmarks of being either a scam or the courier putting the card through the wrong door.
In normal circumstances where a delivery fails, you should call the vendor. The contract for delivery is between the vendor and the courier. Consumer protection regulations require the vendor to have an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number for after-sales enquiries such as this.
In this case, check online to see if the phone number is listed on the courier's official website or whether the card is a fake and lists a fake phone number.
If the number is genuine, then sayNOto0870 may reveal a cheaper alternative number.
If the number is fake, it's, err, fake and there is nothing more to do.
If you are asked to pay any fees to a delivery driver, then it is a very likely to be a scam.0 -
Well excitement over delivery due today and it isn't a win.
I did manage to ring dhl in the end. The saynoto0870 app had gone from my phone and I couldn't find it but found similar one called 0870 by Chris Ryan which seems a really good app.
In cases where the card has no info I tend to expect that the driver doesn't have the English skills to fill it in. No excuse for not putting a few numbers on it I know.
Hope to be united with my slightly boring parcel later today.
